Broadridge

Broadridge — the fintech that processes shareholder, trade, and regulatory data for institutional finance — had just rebranded their identity, but their website hadn't caught up. I led design on the rebuild: a brand-to-web translation, a documented component library, 14 fixed page templates plus a flexible one, and the sitemap and navigation redesign that organized it all. I also led a team of three designers across geographies and ran every client presentation and approval.

Behind the work

I have been in the website design/dev world for 20 years now and I've learned SO much from you in the last several months. Things I never even knew I didn't know.

Challenge

Broadridge needed a brand-led website redesign that the in-house team could own and extend long after launch — not just a one-off project delivered and walked away from.

Solution

I led design end-to-end and brought the Broadridge team along with me — teaching the system inside-out so they became confident extending it themselves, without re-engaging design or dev for every new page.

Challenge

The Broadridge rebrand was print- and identity-first. There were no defined rules for web behavior — type scale, spacing, component states, interaction patterns, responsive logic.

Solution

I extended the brand into a web-first system: typographic scale, theming logic, and a documented component library that gave the website its own consistent expression of the brand without breaking the print identity.

Challenge

I led three designers across geographies on a tight delivery schedule, and was the sole point of contact for client presentations and approvals.

Solution

I structured the work into four sequential page batches so each designer could own a chunk and I could orchestrate reviews. I built the majority of the webkit myself to give the team a stable base, and ran every client-facing meeting — keeping the voice consistent and shielding the team from scope churn.
